I'm passionate about leadership and human resources management. I am an HR consultant/Training Manager and Lead of the OPTIMUM PARTNERS Academy. I work with companies on training and recruitment assignments (from identifying needs and analyzing them to designing and managing training and recruitment plans). I am a Mentor on LISSANGA AFRIKA; Job Glasses and since 2018 I accompany recent graduates and young professionals for their professional insertion. Alumni YALI DAKAR session 16 Hybride, I am also alumni AIESEC TOGO where I was Talent Manager for 2 years and then President.
