I am currently performing as a Travel Consultant for Karma Group in Bali, Indonesia.My role requires me to meet clients and negotiate holiday membership packages that cover luxury accommodation across the world. Prior to this, I worked in a freelance writing position, having graduated in 2019 with a 2:1 degree in Football Journalism - the only course of its kind in the country.The course developed my journalism skillset extensively, including: writing, interviewing, reporting on social media, and recording and editing video using specialist equipment.During my three years of study, I engaged in work experience at three different newspapers, including the Leicester Mercury, Warrington Guardian, and Wigan Post. This enabled me to become more familiar with the work taking place in a journalism environment, such as writing articles under time constraints, controlling social media pages, and recording interviews.
