Beacon Peak Partners, LLC ("BPP") is a boutique investment platform engaged in the business of principal investing, strategic advisory, capital formation, deal structuring, negotiation, and other financial advisory services. The partners have extensive financial services backgrounds and broad networks across the wealth management, family office, and capital markets space. BPP provides capital access to a diverse range of asset classes through minority and majority stake direct investments, joint venture opportunities, revenue sharing agreements, and general partner (GP) and limited partner (LP) investments. By leveraging our extensive network of capital sources and thought leaders including private fund managers, family offices, and institutional investors, our team helps both established businesses and emerging entrepreneurs optimize both their capital structure and business operations.

I was responsible for managing the LotusGroup Alternative Asset Platform, including strategy design, investment due diligence, and portfolio management. LotusGroup's platform focused on niche, asset-backed, and income-producing opportunities often overlooked by traditional capital sources. Helped reverse engineer, build, structure and manage a direct strategy in the life settlements space. Led and managed three diversified funds (2018, 2021, 2023). Additionally, I advised a number of HNW families regarding asset allocation, governance, and strategy.In 2024, I left LotusGroup to pursue my own venture, Beacon Peak Partners. I remain a minority equity holder.
