My role is in processing and closing insurance claims as efficiently as possible by collecting and verifying all the available evidence, and communicating with third party insurers. We will recover finances from third party insurers and issue proceedings and instruct solicitors where necessary. A secondary component to my role is customer service, ensuring each customer is as involved as they feel comfortable with the process start to finish, and being there to answer any queries or worries.
