I’m currently working in the ever-evolving world of Social Housing as a Quality Improvement Officer at Platform Building Housing Group.Platform Housing Group are one of the largest Housing Associations in the Midlands and home to over 120,000 people. We are a forward thinking, modern housing association who put our customers first, whilst investing in our staff.As part of the Quality Assurance team, some of my responsibilities include:- Ensuring customer satisfaction.- Highlighting positive trends throughout the business and identifying additional training needs.- Maintaining and improving the systems used by the group. - Quality Monitoring.- Collaborating with different departments to ensure strong communication across the group with a customer-first approach.- Providing real time training and coaching.- Overseeing induction for new starters and supporting staff throughout their journey at the Platform Hub.- Liaising with our Learning and Organisational Development team to continuously improve our training programmes. - Working with our Out of Hours team and our Contact Centre Outsourcing company to guarantee a consistent 24/7 service for our customers.- Data Analysis across a range of metrics to feed in to weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.By investing in people, I have seen first hand the positive impact Platform Housing is able to have on their lives and I look forward to continuing to succeed as part of a great team.
