Senior executive, member of the executive committee, and chief attorney of the United States Postal Inspection Service. Responsible for providing legal counsel and strategic advice to the Chief Postal Inspector and the agency, representing the agency in litigation and enforcement actions, and leading the agency’s legal department and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) unit. Oversees inquiries into allegations of employee misconduct and code of conduct violations and the delivery of advice on appropriate corrective actions. Ensures organizational compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, U.S. Office of Government Ethics rules, Executive Orders, and pertinent statutory and regulatory requirements.
