• Assist the Portfolio Management / Development team in managing real estate portfolios (mainly a SCPI portfolio invested in retail real estate in Germany, to date composed of 27 assets for € 160m) and for the various projects underway (to date: Sale of a Pan-European logistics portfolio, development of a new SCPI in Germany ...) or to come.• Prepare analyses, research and financial modelling for investment committees and presentations to investors.• On an ad hoc basis, assist the asset management teams on operational tasks related to the management of real estate assets.

To participate in internal audit and business control activities embraced by the UK Office, as well as department projects, under the responsibility of the Head of Audit and Business Control:• Review of various processes (Finance and Accounting, HR, Sales, Purchasing, ...) and personal writing of the report, as well as active participation in meetings• Interviews with managers of entities (financial directors, HR directors, heads of entities, ...)• Work on the internal audit methodology for Compagnie de Saint-Gobain • Anglophone and multicultural staff with missions in the UK, Ireland, Egypt and South Africa• Analyses of specific risks for entities audited at Group level (aligned with group strategy)
