Current tenants include Pick ‘n Pay, Spar, Spur, Wimpy, Planet Fitness, Woolworths and Clicks. Combined value of the shopping centres are in excess of R500 million.In addition Louis Kruger Property Management, owned by Louis Kruger, manages 250 residentialunits, 7 residential sectional title complexes office blocks and industrial properties. Louis Kruger is closely associated with Ipic (Pty) Ltd which incorporates Ipic Properties (Pty) Ltd of which he is a shareholder (owner of various shopping centres and commercial properties in the Western Cape since the 1980’s) and Ipic Property Development (Pty) Ltd. Louis actively managed shopping centres during major re-construction periods. Ipic Shopping Centre Soneike’s redevelopments cost exceeded R100 million and took more than a year and a half to complete. Louis also assisted Ipic in identifying possible shopping centres purchases and/or land for development over the last 5 years.He also has experience in selling and buying of residential, commercial and industrial property.Louis successfully completed, with honours, a Certificate in Shopping Centre Management (CSCM) and a Certificate in the Fundamentals of Shopping Centre Marketing and in February 2009 completed an Advanced Certificate in Shopping Centre Leadership with honours.
