As a Customer Experience Administrator I am responsible for supporting the activities of the customer experience HQ team – including administrative support to the management team, minute taking, purchase orders and keeping track of email inboxes and action logs.- I ensure to keep QPR (Quality Performance Regime) trackers up to date accurately, I have developed on existing systems to create a stable product to record logs. I have produced and incorporated a PowerBI dashboard to keep track of results.- I manage ordering of essential items to all Elizabeth Line stations. This could be anything from hot chocolate to defibrillator pads. I work closely with our procurement team to ensure items are ordered within reason.- I work closely with front-line staff to listen to their concerns and any ideas they may have to make impactful changes and progress them accordingly. - I volunteer to work on the front-line with CEA’s (Customer Experience Assistants) during service disruption to have a general understanding of our customer’s concerns.
