I am now the Customer Experience Lead for Caritas Recruitment, where my focus is ensuring we provide an industry leading service to not just our contractors, but also clients alike. We now offer a weekly feedback loop to all of our working contractors, former contractors as well as newly registered candidates. All feedback received is reviewed and fed back to the relevant business partners, as well as the contributors contacted to discuss any additional content they wish to share. I still manage and maintain my own book of contractors within this role, as well as providing a retention service to four colleagues helping maintain relationships with their contractor book. I manage the social media presence for the business ensuring we are building a following to share our news, ideas and successes weekly. I also take the lead for all charity fundraising within Caritas, we have regularly raised funds for several charities including Youth Net, the NSPCC and the Red Cross – Ukraine Crisis Appeal. We have participated in charity golf days, run numerous bake sales, ran marathons, and organised a virtual cycle across Ukraine to raise as many funds as possible for these worthy causes.
