Having won multiple awards for sales and service efficiency, I am responsible for driving the achievement of regional objectives for South Africa’s largest retail bank. NOTEWORTHY ACHIEVEMENTS:As Regional Manager for Capitec Bank:• Recipient of multiple service efficiency awards, including 3rd place for “Best Remote Banking Usage”, 2nd place for “Best Service Efficiency - low volume” (2019), and 3rd place for “Best Service Efficiency - low volume” (2018) achieved through close monitoring of scheduling tools and analysis of daily service reports. I was recognised for identifying problem areas and implementing solutions to improve service delivery and staff planning.• Achieved 2nd place for “Best Credit Card Sales of Total Sales” award, by ensuring clear and thorough product knowledge transfer to each consultant.
