I founded Tora Bombora Music Festival. Returning for the fifth time, the sold-out event runs for two nights and features over 15 hours of live bands per day from around New Zealand and Australia. The Winter Games NZ is one of the world's top five international winter sports events and is the biggest winter sports event in the southern hemisphere. We attract between 850 competitors each year and generate millions of dollars for the local economy. This will be the seventh edition of the Games, taking place during August and September 2019 in Queenstown, Wanaka and Naseby. There will be 20 snow sports & ice events on display over 7 venues, brought to life over 16 days of elite competition. Reporting to the Commercial Partnerships Manager. My role manages the planning and delivering all of the branding and signage for the entirety of the Winter Games and its partners.

Event Management and Marketing Intern placed with SPIRIT - Wellness & Engagement (China) within the New Zealand Prime Minister's Scholar for Asia (PMSA).I supported, designed and delivered operations of SPIRIT’s engagement, sporting and corporate wellness events. These included in-office activations and workouts, corporate-style Olympic and sporting tournaments for 100+ people, team bonding and corporate wellness retreats and events.

I worked with the promotions and marketing team for all the radio brands that fall under the MediaWorks umbrella: More FM, The Rock, The Edge, Mai FM, The Breeze and The Sound.It is an extremely people-focused job that has taught me how to engage target markets and how to establish and continue brand awareness.

I worked with the Department of Conservation as part of their internship program in the marketing and communications team. In this role I worked within the community partnerships team to form key messages around DOC's various projects, write blogs and information packs for both internal audiences and external target markets.
