- 2nd level support to users on both Windows and Mac- In charge of the purchases, PO's and procurement for IT equipment and licenses, CC reconciliations- Primary IT resource for the Montreal office and eastern Canada, 900+ staff- Planning growth of an office doubling size every year- Supporting and managing events- Primary POC for apps in the Autodesk family, Slack, Miro, Foundry, Pixologic, etc- Administration of the company's floating license server, knowledge in RLM/FlexLM- Part of the office build out team for 4 new wings, coordinate with vendors for proper project deliveries before deadlines

- 2nd level support to users- Account administration of Active Directory, Perforce, Atlassian, etc- Installing and debugging multiple applications related to the video game industry (Autodesk products, Adobe suite, Visual Studio, Perforce, Atlassian, etc)- In charge of the weekly tape backups and operations through Backup Exec- Maintaining and managing the conference rooms, Crestron systems, Avaya IP phones, Smart Boards, Surface Hubs, etc- Workstation imaging (WDS, MDT, OSD) and SCCM knowledge

- Answering client calls from YPG and Bell Canada, Level 1 support agent- Helping the team members through different harder calls and situations- Maintaining the internal knowledge base- Creating new solutions for known issues with in-house applications- Creating macros in BMC Remedy for a faster ticket process
