CIT Bank acquired Mutual of Omaha Bank in January of 2020. I've continued my role with this organization and currently oversee the Software Development team(.NET, Mulesoft, Angular, and more), a Salesforce team, and the Item Processing development and support team. With these three teams of talented individuals, we support both business areas, operational functions and IT teams alike. The areas we currently support range from our distinguished CAB business, Banking Operations, Commercial Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Lending Operations, and we also administer an Azure DevOps instance for multiple IT groups. We currently run Agile/Scrum teams for a variety of Product Owners and business lines, and have a proven track record of flexibility and delivery, with numbers to back it up. Our teams embrace the accountability and ownership tenets of Agile, and we handle design, delivery, service, and support across our groups.

My role is to manage a team of highly technical individuals across many disciplines. Responsibilities include managing .NET development, TFS administration and DevOps practices with CI/CD and GitFlow, Salesforce development and administration, and Sitecore CMS development and administration. I have approached delivery transformation via Agile methodologies, and our teams showcase consistent improvements. Results are tracked via metrics, with hard data surrounding our continuous improvement efforts. For example, across the Salesforce delivery pipeline we have improved velocity by 22.22% and the .NET team reduced cycle time by 26.67%. Both teams increased their story completion percentages by significant amounts quarter over quarter (80.56% and 49.26%, respectively)Our teams specialize in custom delivery through business alignment. I currently manage three teams of various disciplines: .NET and Software development, Salesforce administration and development, and Lockbox and Item Processing application development and support (the Vision application suite). The teams are lead by Scrum Masters and we align directly to the business via agile methodologies of delivery, and embody our team's cultures of exceptional service and accountability.

As Team Lead I provide servant leadership for my team of cross-functional, extremely talented individuals. It is my job to coach and lead, enable and engage, and to help drive excellence in delivery to our fellow IT teams and business partners. I assist with work prioritization and management, process improvement, day to day management of workload, and most importantly, being there to back up and fight for my team!

Manage and administer core banking systems including consumer online banking, account implementation systems, account management and teller systems, and core middle-ware components. Drive technology currency, and maintain optimal system availability. Lead effort to aquire and implement Dynatrace Synthetics for the Enterprise which has heavily contributed to reduced downtime and much quicker responses to incidents. With that, responsible for application and system monitoring across bank systems.

Provide excellent support to our Group Business partners by supporting Mutual of Omaha's primary Group business administration system, SunGard's Compass. I am an Oracle PL/SQL developer, proficient in the UNIX/Linux scripting environment as well as the Windows scripting environment.
