With over ten years of experience in learning, leadership, talent development and sales, I am a passionate and driven leader in learning and development. As the Global Director of Learning and Development at Allurion Technologies, I oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and talent programs and initiatives for over 300 employees across 20 countries. I work within the extended commercial leadership team to align the learning and development strategy with the company's mission, vision, and values, and to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. I also oversee the creation and ongoing development of our LMS, which through leveraging AI, ensures my team can deliver a blend learning approach consistent with adult learning principles. I am also an ICF certified coach, with licenses in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360, which enables me to assess and enhance the emotional intelligence of myself and others, and to create a more inclusive and collaborative work environment, but also develop future leaders in the business.I am always eager to learn new skills and knowledge, and to share my expertise and insights with others.
