As you can see, I have had a few years of work experience in the hospitality industry (an industry in which I have thrived the most), with the advantage of having worked for many different kinds of businesses/hotels. I believe that these varied experiences have prepared me for almost any kind of working environment, and given me the ability to work with many different kinds of people, both colleagues and clients. I have also had the experience of working in many different management styles and had the privilege of managing my own team in 2010. For this reason, I have learnt to take both the front and the back seat as needed. Having been raised in a bilingual household and attended both English and Afrikaans schools, I am fully bilingual. Two things that have always defined my personality are a strong drive towards excellence (in every area of my life) as well as a sharp attention to detail. I am driven, conscientious and never afraid to take on a new task or challenge. I believe that I can learn from every experience, whether good or bad, and this allows me to maintain a positive outlook in everything I do.I have included references from my past three job positions.
