I give lectures, praticals, and labs in Physics and Electronics to bachelor students. I also participate to a class where students investigate relationships between Science and Society.

I gave lectures on the fundamentals of physics and supervised labs for international undergrad students.

I performed characterization of photonic components and materials by s-SNOM imaging (IR & THz) for future applications in biophysics. In addition, I have developped a prototype to overcome technological bottlenecks in the field of THz imaging.This work will be presented in an upcoming paper and was presented during national and international conferences.I have also trained graduated students in IR imaging and recruited and tutored interns.

This work focuses on the development and physico-chemical characterization (AFM, C-AFM, WDCA, XPS, UV-VIS spectrophotometry, ellipsometry) of new interfaces for spintronic devices.It was demonstrated that surface functionalization of ferromagnetic materials by self-assembled monolayers of photochromic compounds protects the substrates.Light-induced electrical photoswitching of the interfaces was also recorded.Results optained during this thesis are published in three publications and were presented at two conferences.I have also teached electronics (lessons and practicals) and telecommunications (practicals) at Polytech Lille, engineer school, for full-study and work-study students.

I supervised labs and practicals of Electronics and Telecommunications for Bachelor and Master students.

I have performed electrical characterization of photoswitching devices incorporating nanoparticles self-assembled networks.I also took part to C-AFM experiments and programmed a C++ data analysis routine for electrical spectroscopies.This work was presented at a national conference.

I have programmed C++ data analysis routines for electrical spectroscopies applied to the characterization of nano-objects on germanium.I have also been trained in scanning probe microscopy (AFM, air and liquid, and STM).

I have performed image analysis of cold atoms in a magneto-optical trap.Two methods were proposed and evaluated.
