Following on from my role as a Financial crime associate with the Royal Bank of Scotland i was given the opportunity to work within a new bank and was part of the initial fraud team set up.At Williams and Glyn we have streamlined our processes, carrying 8 processes over from RBS and simplifying them into 1 team rather than 8. On a daily basis i uphold W&G core values.I care for our customers and the wider community. I drive and recognise high performance andI treat Williams & Glyn like my own business to name just a few.I conduct full case investigation of referrals by profiling customer’s account and provide in-depth analysis of suspicion to prevent e.g. Money Laundering, First & Third party Fraud or Account Takeover. I have excellent attention to detail when profiling account, mitigating fraud risks and assuring controls so that financial loss and reputational damage is minimized.I support projects and help implement new process within my department by providing technical input.
