Ensuring all purchase ledger supplier accounts were up to date and guaranteeing payments were made on time. Frequent statement reconciliations were done to achieve this by highlighting all queries and who the owners were. This helped when working with Procurement to make sure aged debt was cleared to obtain rebate from suppliers. Involved in the data migration of data sets of changing systems from Dynamics AX into Dynamics 365. This was done through multiple reconciliations of data across various entities using excel and making sure all figures matched back to the Trial Balance. Where it did not match, I looked into the data and interpreted what wasn’t matching, and the reasons behind this. Building payments files in both Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 and reconciling the files back to Aged Creditor reports. Various payment methods used to pay including: payment files for Bottomline, and urgent payments being made on Bankline. Dealing with Subcontractor accounts and making sure their applications and invoices were being paid and tax was being accounted for. This was done through using the CIS scheme for UK vendors and RCT for Irish Vendors. By doing this, I had to use applications for both HMRC and ROS.

Worked on debit balances and ensuring they were resolved and the company obtained the monies they were owed. Built a resource model for the Shared Service Centre. This looked at what resources were being used in each department and how productive each department and its individuals were in carrying out their job. This then allowed the company to see where they could take advantage of opportunities and also where they could cut back on overheads.
