Worked with owners to help launch successful new locations in Metro Detroit, Chicago, and Florida. Assisted management team with maintaining and overseeing daily operations of my assigned location. Performing food prep, training new employees, kitchen supervisory roles, interview/hiring process, product ordering and cycling, rotating between cooking stations based on the needs at the time. Kitchen efficiency was able to operate up to 2,000 reservations per day, with an average ticket time of 6 minutes 38 seconds while working with the Front of House to maintain customer happiness and satisfaction.
