Managing staff and rotas to ensure all zones (General car park, Boutique Car park, Live in car park, Entrance gate) were fully staffed and all staff were trained and briefed correctly to carry out their role correctly. Management of all of these areas to ensure smooth flow of customers ingress and egress throughout the event and to ensure efficient management of space within car parks whilst following health and safety procedures correctly.

Management of catering units across various events (mainly cricket events at Utilita Bowl in Southampton).Duties include Auditing each unit to make sure health and safety regulations are being followed.Managing operationally to ensure everything runs smoothly for example ensuring all BOH areas are clear and fenced off from customers, ensuring queues are managed properly, ensuring units are positioned correctly. Addressing and solving any problems that may arise on live days.
