Accountable for driving the long term strategic and commercial relationship with Aurizon Coal's largest customer in Central Queensland. Driving right customer and business outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills both internally and externally. Accountable for both day of operational delivery of services to customers, as well working on medium to long term strategic objectives to maintain and grow the business portfolio.

Accountable for management of a diverse team of professionals who led the management of commercial access and regulatory arrangements with below rail infrastructure providers across QLD and NSW; service design of new hauls and implementation and business readiness of those new hauls for Aurizon's customers.

Accountable for managing the below rail infrastructure requirements across Queensland and New South Wales on behalf of the Aurizon Coal business unit. Interfacing across three regulated below rail infrastructure providers; QR, Aurizon Network and ARTC, my team managed all commercial, operational and regulatory access matters as they relate to coal haulage services.

Accountable for leading strategic projects to optimise Aurizon's Network's electric infrastructure assets - including ensuring appropriate regulatory reform and pricing arrangements. As well as leading business development opportunities with new customers. The role required strong influcing and stakeholder management skills and work across commercial, regulatory and technical asset management teams.

Accountable for managing a portfolio of customers seeking access to and utilisation of Aurizon Network's rail infrastructure. I provided commercial leadership and advice across the Aurizon Network business including operations, technical asset and infrastructure teams. I was also heavily involved in the development and negotiation of Access Agreements and Access Undertakings for Aurizon Network.

Responsible for the management of the Contracts Administration team, I was accountable for the governance, management and implementation of Aurizon's rail haulage contracts. Additionally, as part of the Coal legal team, I provided legal advice and support to the rail haulage division.

Assisted in the provision of best practice governance for Aurizon and compliance with relevant legislation. I was heavily involved in preparatory work for the Company's first Annual Report and Annual General Meeting.

Involved in the de-merger of Queensland Rail and the Initial Public Offering of QR National, I was responsible for management of the due dilgience dataroom and Q&A process; contract consolidation and review, and Offer Document Verification Lead (Finance).
