I have a PhD in chemistry and over 18 years of experience in IP research, analysis, commercialisation, litigation and IP management. In my current role as principal IP researcher, I have gained strong IP research and management skills by conducting a variety of complex research projects relating to a wide range of technologies. These projects involve various types of IP searches, assessment and analysis of research results and reporting. I have also conducted IP research in-house with numerous clients which has provided me with experience in a commercial setting. I also routinely conduct validity checks and have been involved in numerous IP commercialisation ventures and patent litigation.
