I have over 4 years of experience in leading agile projects using Scrum and Azure DevOps. I am certified in Azure Data Fundamentals and Professional Scrum Master PSM 1 as well as achieving APM qualification in 2019.Before this role, I worked in HR project management and on Reward strategy where I helped implement self-service on our HR and payroll system, conducted job evaluations and benchmarking. I have a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and I am a Master Chartered Member of the CIPD, with 20 years of membership. I am passionate about data, agile, and HR, and I strive to empower my team and the organization to achieve great outcomes.
