- BRAND MANAGEMENT- responsible for developing and executing brand management initiatives, including hosting regional marketing seminars, roadshows, pop-up, and shop window promotion.- MARKETING RESEARCH- analyze how Hermès Parfums brands positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights. Estates & Wines- MARKETING STRATEGY- supported brand manager to drive marketing strategies to target local audience by understanding local marketing needs through collecting insights and analytics. Developed trade marketing tools (POSM, leaflet, menus, flyers) for assigned brands in all channels to highlight the products- EVENT MANAGEMENT- managed in all events for the brands, such as wine dinners, vintage launch events, PR events, etc. Planned and managed event materials and coordinated with different parties to ensure flawless execution- MARKETING PROGRAM- developed sales proposals for different clients (both on-trade and off-trade) based on global marketing calendar. Executed 360-degree marketing plan, including digital, PR, in-store promotion, events, etc.- BUDGET &INVENTORY MANAGEMENT- Planned and managed yearly marketing budget (HKD3,000,0000). Managed monthly forecast on yearly basis based on sales and planned for vintage switch.
