Hi! I’m Louisa, and I have recently graduated from the Kelley School of Business with a degree in Marketing, Digital and Social Media Business Applications, and Law, Ethics, and Decision-Making. In my current role in client services, I thrive on building meaningful connections with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that drive results. What makes me unique is my passion for creativity, design and user experience which I leverage to enhance the value I provide to clients, ensuring their goals are met through thoughtful, innovative strategies.I’m particularly interested in the intersection of business and technology and am committed to continuous learning. Most recently, I completed the UX Academy Foundations course through DesignLab and am currently enrolled in their UX Academy bootcamp, which has deepened my knowledge in user experience and design, and I'm enrolled in a product management course through Coursera. Both of these experiences are shaping how I approach problem-solving, particularly when it comes to integrating technology and business needs.Looking ahead, I plan to pursue an MBA to further enhance my expertise. My passion for technology and innovation is key to my career path, and I aim to stay ahead of industry trends to bring the best solutions to my clients.
