Current• I've had the pleasure of assembling and leading teams of professionals from diverse backgrounds to achieve innovative results and profitability, with direct responsibility for the creative and owner representation on projects up to $27 billion USD• I’ve worked on projects ranging from global IP and brand strategy to the development of prototype experiences with major brands including Carnival Cruises, Lamborghini, Toho Studios and Ubisoft• I’ve worked on many Asian projects ranging from attraction design to mixed-use for major brands including Wanda Qindao Movie Metropolis, Hefei, and Wuhan, China Central Television Spring Gala, Shaogang Steel-Master Planning, and Hengdian World Studios, which included a studio tour with 3 immersive experiences, dome theater, stunt spectacular, dark ride, and immersive drop tower• As Chief Creative Officer, for Hershey Entertainment I provided global brand consulting, and led Reese’s Cupfusion Dark Ride and Hershey Laff Trakk indoor themed coaster’s, IP /brand development, guest experience, game, ride, media design, and production assets.• As Executive Consultant / Global Advisor for Evergrande, I led the development of Ocean Flower in Hainan China including 7 man-made islands, 8 museums, 3 theme parks, 5 parks, 24 hotels, resorts, and spas, 18 retail areas, and a night spectacular• As an owner’s representative on 15 Fairyland Theme Parks in China, I had responsibility over 400 global vendors including designers, suppliers, and operators• As Executive Consultant I have worked with Lv Gem Group on the Baishizhou development, a 13km redevelopment into an urban lifestyle and entertainment district in Shenzhen and Spring Group Air on global brand development and Juilongkou National Scenic Spot, a national scenic area, health and wellness integrated resort in Yancheng• I’ve developed prototype experiences such as the REC-TTS Reconfigurable Environmental Combat Tactical Training Simulator and the Ultra Tower Attraction (patented)
