After almost 5 incredible years at BCG (and a decade in management consulting), I decided to take a break from corporate to help grow early-stage businesses and organizations I have a personal connection to.

During and after my promotion, I worked closely with BCG's digital ventures (X) team on developing the product/GTM strategy for a $30B revenue client looking to expand into a new market.I also drove a team of senior advisors, partners, and data analysts in responding to the Silicon Valley Bank collapse, focusing on macro-economic impacts and opportunities for major bank CEOs/CFOs

As a manager, I led teams of 2-5 consultants/associates and drove senior client relationships on various projects primarily focused on digital consumer and operations strategies for clients across the financial and tech industries.In 2022, I spent 4 months in BCG’s Melbourne office where I led an international team, partnering with our clients and C-suite execs through a major transformation of their risk organization.

After transitioning to BCG, I helped clients with higher-level strategic initiatives. In my first year, I supported a broker-dealer's integration plan after a $20B+ acquisition and helped a US bank secure $10B+ of funding for ~200K small businesses in under 3 months as part of Congress’s COVID-19 stimulus plan.

After my internship with EY, I received a full time offer to join their Financial Services Advisory practice in NYC. I was fast-track promoted from Staff to Senior Consultant in 2 years. By the time I left, I had worked on 15+ projects including development and implementation of large scale transformations. I also started managing team members and discovered my passion for mentorship and coaching. In my spare time, I drove my practice area's Robotics/ML campaign and coordinated the GTM strategy across our top 10 global accounts, co-founded an apprenticeship program aimed at mentoring and recruiting talent into our practice, and played an active role in strategic planning and opportunity pursuits.

My first internship in the "real world". I worked directly day-to-day with the CEO and founder of a recruiting startup that aligned college students to jobs within their extended network. I didn't know anything about starting a business, but Josh Wexler took me under his wing and taught me the pretty and the ugly of entrepreneurship out of his NYC apartment kitchen. I developed my first (really bad) financial models and a deep curiosity for startups.
