I'm serving as the President and CEO of Stratix, the largest pure-play enterprise mobility specialist in North America. The company has over 40 years of expertise and experience accelerating and inspiring business mobility transformation for some of the world's most iconic brands. I'm on the board of Diversified, an industry leading technology solutions provider delivering innovative digital media, collaborative, broadcasting, electronic security, and OTT solutions. Diversified is a global organization with 2,000+ associates in 50+ locations worldwide. I served on the Board of Careerbuilder, a data and technology company at the forefront of innovation to evolve the human capital management space, with solutions that help employers find, hire and manage great people.I've spent many years doing board work for multiple education-focused non-profits, including the Ron Clark Academy, a ground-breaking and innovative institution which is transforming education around the world.Prior to Stratix, I served as CFO at Rackspace, part of a team of 7 thousand passionate experts who accelerate the value of the cloud for customers in five continents across the globe. Prior to Rackspace I was CFO at EarthLink, a Nasdaq-listed public company and a nationwide provider of cloud-connected network services to over 750 thousand businesses and consumers. In both companies we built and delivered compelling services to enterprise CIOs, helped them improve their businesses and had fun doing it as a team. As a result of the value we delivered to our customers, our own businesses performed well: we more than doubled cash flow, re-capitalized the balance sheet, delivered outstanding equity returns and grew our teammates' careers. Over the years I've had extensive experience in all aspects of business on five continents across the globe. I've built organic growth businesses, led all types of M&A (strategic investments, acquisitions, divestitures and mergers) and done so in a wide range of capital markets.
