In 2004, Amaya created the Servicing Capital Group within the asset resolution department to manage alternative disposition.Achievements:Created the Servicing Capital Group (SCG) within GMAC/RFC. The SCG was responsible for managing the highest risk RFC owned assets. The portfolio managed by the SCG experienced a 14% severity decrease compared to like assets that were managed through the traditional default process.Initiated, developed and oversaw development of Asset Resolution’s portfolio management technology. The executive dashboard, utilizing advance analytics, data mining, reporting and charting enables users to manage at the portfolio level with drill down capability to the asset level from virtually any point in the application.
