I held various roles within New Scotland Yard. Initially, leading external communications for the UK's Counter Terrorism Policing national network, managing a team of 15 and working with UK and international partners to respond to high profile incidents. After progressing to have oversight of the media operations for the UK's largest police service, I was then honoured to be invited to advise and support the new Commissioner at the Met, Sir Mark Rowley on his journey to reform the Met. In his first 100 days and then first year in office my team established Sir Mark as a changemaker, tackling standards and misconduct in policing.

At this unique international NGO I worked with the CEO to lead influencing work securing support from the UN, WHO, Comic Relief, HSBC, PwC and Born This Way Foundation.

Developed a Social Impact practice at an integrated brand storytelling agency in Australia
