While at Grazia, I helped devise, develop and run the Mind The Pay Gap campaign calling for an end to the gender pay gap. This resulted in the campaign going before Parliament and MPs voting to implement Section 78 of the 2010 Equality Act which makes it mandatory for large companies to publish the anonymised salaries of their staff. This makes it easier.
