• Previously oversaw the analysis of our clients’ workplace effectiveness survey data, which was translated into detailed reports and actionable insights. • Undertook a supervisorial role at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships with LSS FM for three years during the summer, in which I was responsible for overseeing several teams carrying out the nightly process of cleaning and setting up each of the facilities in our area using various types of equipment that I had to train my team to operate.• Responsible for monitoring my team’s progress throughout the night and reporting back to management staff, which meant being clear and concise in how I communicated on both sides. This was also demonstrated when bringing up any issues with management staff and relaying feedback from my team and ensuring that these were acted upon.• Managing several teams simultaneously and ensuring that they completed all tasks to a high standard within tight deadlines has significantly improved my leadership and time management skills.
