As I became more familiar with the business over the years, I took on larger roles, such as quality control of the strawberries, deliveries, training employees and keeping track of their pay.

In charge of assisting in designing product, finding correct resources to produce the product, and training employees on how to produce the product. Was responsible for motivating the team to produce the best product possible. Team had record profits.

Initiated a grass fed beef business to raise money for University fund. I organized and executed the promotion of product, through creating a Facebook page, launching a website, and writing a newspaper article, highlighting the health benefits of buying hormone free pasture raised beef. Before starting the business, my business partners and I analyzed the meat market to identify target segment and effective marketing strategies. From this experiences I learned many things. There were definitely some rough spots, and days where I wondered "What were we thinking!?", but I learned a lot. I learned how to managed the finances of a business, network with customers, and how to create a positive brand image.
