• Supported field staff throughout the Red Cross Movement to use climate data in their work in a variety of international settings, including Ethiopia, Mali, Vietnam, and Georgia;
• Coordinated junior researcher programme, managing recruitment and supervision of masters students to provide research support for country and regional programmes;
• Developed training materials on climate change and disaster risk reduction for staff, volunteers and schools in different country contexts.

Serbia

• Responsible for technical support of a multi-country climate change adaptation programme in Eastern Europe, with a focus on civil society participation in national and regional policy dialogue;
• Prepared four national and one regional climate vulnerability assessment with adaptation recommendations targeted at policy makers;
• Developed case studies of policy dialogue and community-based adaptation, which were used by other Red Cross National Societies as examples of best practice in adaptation.
