I'm also proud to have built our in-house moving image production team, Iris/Cylndr, bringing together directors, editors, shooters, and post producers to create outstanding work. I also oversee our people operations, IT, facilities management to ensure our support teams are fully aligned to our client and business needs.

We produce high-quality productions of Baroque music and drama, with a deliberate focus on appealing to new and young audiences as well as those familiar with classical music. We also have a blossoming education programme, involving young people of all ages in our performances and going into schools to lead workshops on Baroque music, dance and drama.As a member of the Board of Trustees for the Vache Baroque charity, I provide operational and marketing support to the Executive Directors as well as governance of the charity's operations. Ensuring we meet our obligations as a charity and the defined charitable objectives.
