Navigator Law Group is a newly formed boutique law firm based in Chicago and focused on corporate and international projects. Lawyers in our firm are admitted in Illinois, New York and California and we handle projects in those jurisdictions. The lawyers in the firm each have over 25 years of experience in some of the largest firms in the US where they have handled M&A, securities offering, private placement, joint venture, venture capital, private equity, financing, and technology projects, as well as advising companies ranging from public companies to family businesses to start-ups on a wide range of matters. Navigator can act as an outsourced General Counsel to smaller companies and lawyers in our firm have had experience playing this role for both public and private companies. We have substantial experience with international projects (both inbound and outbound) and in the past have been quite active on projects in China, Europe and Japan.We prefer to handle projects on an agreed fixed fee basis (we have enough experience to know how much a matter should cost) trying to align our billing with the needs of our clients for greater predictability and efficiency. Where clients prefer an hourly rate basis, we bill on that basis, but because we have minimal overhead we can offer hourly rates, which are substantially lower than Big Law rates. We do not have a pyramid structure so clients will see almost exclusively senior experienced lawyers. We have access to a network of experienced lawyers in specialty areas whose work we incorporate into our client work where those specialties are relevant to the particular client project.

TigerLaunch is Princeton University’s collegiate entrepreneurship competition, put on annually by the Princeton Entrepreneurship Club. The competition is split across three stages: an online video pitch round, a regional competition in March (including one at the University of Chicago), and finally Demo Day in April in Princeton.

Misericordia is a residential facility on a 30 acre campus housing over 600 developmentally disabled children and adults.

I have acted as a judge and mentor for the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 College New Venture Challenge at the University of Chicago.
