After gaining sales and customer relation experience in a career of entrepreneurship with ventures ranging from brokering fine art & jewelry to event production, I began my professional career as a social media manager for The Carucci Group at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty. I learned under the mentorship of my father, Michael L. Carucci, a real estate industry leader with more than $2 Billion in sales, and soon transitioned my role to a Global Real Estate Advisor thereafter. I quickly gained the experience needed to serve New England’s most elite and discerning buyers, sellers, and clientele. My excellent communication, logical approach to challenges, and sense of integrity are assets I pride myself in that have helped me achieve my goals along the way.In 2022 I was recruited by long time friend Bill Sisko, founder & CEO of Coal Creek Excavation Inc. to fill a newly created position in Northern Colorado. My dynamic role at CCE Inc. included a broad span of responsibilities from lead negotiator, human resource manager, overseer of administrative activities, fleet manager, systems administrator, marketing director, and more.After my time spent at CCE Inc., providing the most value I was able to, I transition back to Boston in early 2024 to resume my career at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty with The Carucci Group.
