ECHO: A Vocal Language Program for Easing Anxiety in Conversation is for clinicians supporting individuals who may experience social anxiety related to speaking in specific situations, or with certain individuals. Anxiety has a negative impact on working memory, which can make it difficult for individuals to communicate with ease. With reduced experiences talking to a variety of people in various situations, speaking often becomes more challenging.The ECHO program was developed to build ease and comfort with social pragmatic communication, focusing on improving conversational skills for children from later elementary through teenage years. The program can be implemented by speech-language pathologists, psychologists, educators, and other facilitators (including parents), who support the needs of children and teens with selective mutism, stuttering, and those in need of social communication support. This unique intervention program combines methods of vocalization and verbalization to enhance conversational skills with role-play simulations for real-life application.

Responsible for the day-to-day management and expansion of RethinkCare's Neurodiversity course content and training approach, including:• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Neurodiversity to identify industry needs and guide the product development of RethinkCare's platform• Source and collaborate with other Neurodiversity subject matter experts for RethinkCare's platform content generation and delivery• Curate or write original articles, tip sheets, and other collateral for content marketing and platform expansion• Research published articles and materials to leverage and reference when compiling participant resources• Support and build domain expertise for the customer-facing teams through coaching and training• Contribute to improving internal processes and culture within RethinkCare• Contribute to internal and external thought leadership on Neurodiversity issues in a variety of industries and regions• Work as an interdisciplinary team member to brainstorm new and innovative content areas and products for the RethinkCare platform• Act as featured SME on RethinkCare as needed
