CurrentI have worked on three major products at AWS managed by the same team – AWS Client VPN Service, AWS Client VPN Desktop Client, and AWS Verified Access. AWS Client VPN Service- Part of the core team launching AWS Client VPN service that empowers enterprise network administrators to authenticate and authorize end users to connect securely to private resources in AWS- Designed and implemented an API to enable administrators to use Certificate Revocation Lists (CRL) with Client VPN to revoke end user certificates- Led the team responsible for creating the web user interface for Client VPN in the AWS Console, working closely with UI/UX teams and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience.AWS Client VPN Desktop Application- Led a team in developing a C# Xamarin-based desktop application that can be compiled to run seamlessly across macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu Linux.- Designed and implemented a comprehensive CI/CD infrastructure that incorporates signing, notarization, and UI testing into a Jenkins-based pipeline, which facilitates the development and deployment of our macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu applications.- Designed and implemented a PGP key-integrated signing infrastructure with auto-rotation capabilities in our CI/CD process, enabling us to securely sign Debian repositories for our software distribution.AWS Verified Access- Part of the team that launched AWS Verified Access, a zero-trust, VPN-less solution enabling enterprise users to securely connect to private web applications based on user identity and device posture.- Bootstrapped a Rust-based service data plane with fast and scalable performance that efficiently handles high-traffic loads for large enterprise customers- Led data plane integration with AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF) to provide reliable protection against common web exploits and bots, including DDoS attacks, for our customer applications.
