This tools implementation resulted in significant improvements in resource loading, headcount allocation and cost efficiency. GT1 has since been implemented across all of BP’s upstream production assets.• Designed, trained and lead the implementation of the work management standards and planning guidelines for BP Alaska. -

Maintained an operations budget, risk management process, and major repair of all equipment related to an oil processing facility, including eight supporting drill site areas. • Delivered improvement to the performance and reliability of GPMA’s Immiscible gas injection, resulting in a 30 mmscfd improvement across the Greater Prudhoe Bay field. • Delivered improvements in the water injection system for Point McIntyre which resulted in an 10mbpd increase in oil production.

Represented BP and spoke on MPU’s behalf to build and install a $365M expansion project (MPX1). Accountable for process controls commissioning and start-up of MPU following the completion of the MPX1 modifications. Project resulted in Milne Point winning the Microsoft Innovation & Technology Award for 1997. Milne Point was the first ever facility to install a process controls/Scada system on Microsoft network servers and fiber optics network.
