Maintenance and Operations leadership Professional with significant experience in oil and gas maintenance and operations.As a BP Employee, I held a number leadership positions, beginning my tenure as the operations representative for a 36,000-bpd production expansion at Milne Point, as the operations team leader responsible for the start-up of the first off shore oil production facility in the Beaufort Sea and as an Area Manager of the Greater Point McIntyre oilfield. Although most of my career has been spent in Maintenance Leadership roles, from Area Maintenance Controller, to Maintenance Superintendent for Prudhoe Bay (2009-2014) responsible for implementing work management, preventative maintenance, and planning programs, leading reliability and analysis teams and managing minor modification and routine maintenance.

Provided training throughout the field to drive the continuous improvement of maintenance execution and equipment reliability. Ensured Key Performance Indicators were accurate, performance was measurable and transparent and that continuous improvement opportunities were clearly identified and actioned. • Designed, implemented and managed a centralized planning department for BP Alaska, which planned work for all plant maintenance, inspections and minor modifications conducted in the Prudhoe Bay oil field.

Developed, trained and implemented Work Management Standards (WMS) and planning guidelines. Implemented and executed BPXA’s Optical Gas Imagining (OGI) predictive maintenance program. • Lead the Prudhoe Bay implementation and training for a major computer managed maintenance system (cmms) upgrade to Maximo, which supported the global alignment of cmms tools and incorporated global time writing across BP.• Designed and implemented a global time writing tool in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska which hard tied work order approval to time writing. This tools implementation resulted in significant improvements in resource loading, headcount allocation and cost efficiency. GT1 has since been implemented across all of BP’s upstream production assets.• Designed, trained and lead the implementation of the work management standards and planning guidelines for BP Alaska.

Greater Point Mcintyer, Prudhoe Bay, Ak

Managed safe, reliable and compliant operations for the largest geographical oil and gas area on Alaska’s North Slope, producing 55,000 barrels per day. Maintained an operations budget, risk management process, and major repair of all equipment related to an oil processing facility, including eight supporting drill site areas. • Delivered improvement to the performance and reliability of GPMA’s Immiscible gas injection, resulting in a 30 mmscfd improvement across the Greater Prudhoe Bay field. • Delivered improvements in the water injection system for Point McIntyre which resulted in an 10mbpd increase in oil production.

Gathering Center 1 (Gc1) Prudhoe Bay, Ak

Managed the delivery and execution of all routine and PM maintenance for Gathering Center 1 production facilities and associated well pads. Managed multi-disciplined team of BP and contract maintenance employees. • Lead the PM program improvement team for the Prudhoe Bay field. This process resulted in a significant improvement in PM quality and content, delivered cost savings via the reduction of duplicate work and improvements in resource loading and allocation. • Designed and implemented an electronic management of change tool which documented, tracked and managed maintenance and minor modification changes within the GC1 production area. EMOC was subsequently implemented across all of BP’s production assets in Prudhoe Bay, Ak.

Northstar Island, Prudhoe Bay, Ak

Operation Team Leader for North Star Production Island: Accountable for final phase and start-up of the $686M NorthStar production island, which became the first drilling operation in the Beaufort Sea to use a subsea pipeline to transport oil to shore and then into the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System. Performed job task analysis and developed resource structure and labor loading for the 70,000 barrels per day facility. Managed development and delivery of operator training for new employees. Managed development and delivery of operator procedures for start-up, pre-commissioning testing and normal facility operations. Provided leadership and coaching to multi-disciplined maintenance and operations employees. Worked directly with the maintenance engineering team to develop and implement a full-scale computerized maintenance management system (Maximo Platform), which included inspection and PM routines.

Maintenance Team Leader in BP Milne Point: Area accountable for the delivery and execution of all routine and preventive maintenance for a 60,000-bpd production area, which spanned over 28 miles on the North Slope and included 9 well pads and production separation facilities. • Lead a multi-disciplined team of BP and contract maintenance employees.• Accountable for safety and environment training and leadership for employees within my team.• Budget owner accountable for all O&M and Mino Repair AFE expenditures within my area.• Passport Upgrade Lead: MPU SPOC accountable for the implementation of a new computer maintenance management system, which included the conversion of preventative maintenance routines and the creation of a work management and planning strategy to improve maintenance delivery and execution.

Milne Point Operations Unit Prudhoe Bay Alaska

BP Operations and Controls Representative for the Milne Point MPX1 Project: Worked as Operations & Controls Representative and Project SPOC - converted MPU from a single analog loop, locally controlled 35,000 barrels per day Production Facility to a Digital Scada Platform centrally controlled 60,000 bpd facility. Represented BP and spoke on MPU’s behalf to build and install a $365M expansion project (MPX1). Accountable for process controls commissioning and start-up of MPU following the completion of the MPX1 modifications. Project resulted in Milne Point winning the Microsoft Innovation & Technology Award for 1997. Milne Point was the first ever facility to install a process controls/Scada system on Microsoft network servers and fiber optics network.
