CCS was launched in 2009, addressing a growing need for Australian Standards compliant vehicle and pedestrian safety barriers following an increase in car park accidents and incidents, some resulting in fatality. Today, building owners, regulatory authorities, insurance underwriters and the NSW Department of Planning recognise vehicle containment barriers as essential safety installations. Working with the General Manager and operations team, my key role is to identify opportunities to promote and market CCS from a brand perspective and promote the product distribution strategy through offline and online marketing. Recent work includes the redesign of the website with CMS, targeted social media, online and printed product communication and the management of press releases and advertising in print media.

During this period at SEEK I was responsible for the management of two separate sales teams within the SEEK Sydney office over a 15 month period. * Managing the National SEEK Commercial sales team my role was primarily setting targets, KPI's managing budgets and driving the business forward from start up phase. Relying heavily of the experience developed within my many years within the SEEK business and as NSW State Manager at SEEK, we successfully grew the business year on year by over 100%.* During this period I also took on a secondment position to cover maternity leave of the NSW State Managers role, reporting directly to the National Sales Manger in Melbourne. National Sales Manager SEEK Commercial.After returning from Maternity leave, I was given the opportunity to work with the Director of Early Stage Markets to create a new brand, website and identity for SEEK Commercial. SEEK Commercial was created to deal with the ever expanding number of businesses looking to advertising franchise and business opportunities to people looking for work.Management of Commercial was National and included sales and sales support teams on the eastern sea board and management of new business acquisition in SA and WA.

My responsibilities at NSW State Manager at SEEK focused on the NSW Sales team and the quarterly budgets across the Recruitment sector and Corporate sectors of NSW.Managing both the team and as individuals, setting budget expectations and working closely with each of them to ensure they were met.Managing relationships with our clients - both from a strategic perspective and when relationships became tense or strained.Recruiting, training and mentoring the sales teams.
