• Key Group Finance leadership role within a highly complex FTSE 50 telecommunications business, serving customers both in the UK and globally, generating £23bn+ revenue and £7bn+ EBITDA• Led a 70+ headcount multi-disciplinary team to deliver the BT Group’s consolidated financial accounting and reporting, externally published through quarterly press releases and annual reports to meet IFRS and US SEC / SOX reporting requirements, and delivery of the Group’s external regulatory financial reporting and publication of results via the UK independent regulator, Ofcom• Led the Treasury reporting team that covered BT’s net debt position, including FX and interest• Led BT’s Reference Data team which maintained the Group-wide chart of accounts and core ledger• Led the transformation programme to stabilise Competition Finance and then deliver wholesale improvements across people, processes, and systems

• Key finance leadership role in Telefonica Europe, an organisation listed on the LSE and operating Telefonica’s businesses in Europe under the O2 brand, with 55m customers and €15bn+ in revenues• Ownership of Telefonica Europe’s financial accounting and consolidated financial reporting processes for 6 international operating divisions

• Management of teams of up to 25 people to deliver timely, risk-based financial audits of large public companies• Maintained key client relationships, delivered board reporting, liaised on all aspects of consultations and made recommendations for improvement to clients
