I am responsible for providing administrative support to the studio staff, assisting with the organisation of meetings and day to day administrative duties. Specific responsibilities include:Booking meetingsArranging CouriersAnswering calls and forwarding as necessaryScreening callsArranging lunches for clients and managementStudio equipment maintenanceSupport and administrationBooking meeting roomsSetting up conference calls and diary invites Part of my role is to prioritise and organise the full-time studio team and freelance resource when necessary assisting the lead creative and broader team with diary management, travel and any other ad hoc duties.
