My role was to provide consultancy services and impact analysis to our internal business customers and key stakeholders. I was responsible for day to day support for business end users, managing and conducting system testing for new functionality, and delivery of any associated training.I was the UK Systems representative for major strategic projects such as the UK-wide project to implement Oracle Training Administration. I was also heavily involved in a range of smaller tactical solutions on a BAU basis. I performed an Account Management role on behalf of Aviva Plc with our online recruitment product supplier. I managed both the internal and external stakeholder relationships, and provided a consultancy service to our internal customers.
