Improving performance on TPEs Scottish and South routes by working collaboratively with Network Rail and Other TOCs. Responsible for the schedule 8 payment reviews; training of colleagues on the delay attribution process and delivering the performance improvement plan as stipulated in the committed obligations.

Main responsibilities of the role included:1) Daily analysis and reporting of train running data, using various methods and programs,such as Microsoft Excel and Acumen BI.2) Building strong relationships with network rail to negotiate and resolve level 2 delay attribution. 3) Train and advise internal colleagues on performance related programs, including Bugle and TRUST. 4) Analyse internal departmental performance against their KPIs.

Developed short-term traincrew and unit diagrams within specific deadlines, established strong relationships with members of traincrew, and worked closely with other members of my team.
