I provided full service executive support for the CEO during the development and production of HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Pageant. In addition to an office management role requiring effective collaboration with all teams across the organisation and stakeholders.

I joined Movember as Executive Assistant to one of the Co-Founders to deliver consistent, efficient and effective executive support and representation for the co-Founder. In addition to working with the Global Innovation team to support the day-to-day operations and team management.• Independently managed and prioritised a wide spectrum of executive tasks running concurrently (including calendar and inbox management, travel planning) ensuring time and cost efficiency• Liaison and relationship building with key contacts and stakeholders across a number of sectors including music, art, sport, hospitality.• Workflow management of multiple projects across the Global Innovation team of six colleagues. Ensured time plans were adhered to, including sign-offs and delivery, and all necessary budget approvals were in place per protocol.• Organised and led team meetings, prepared agendas and took concise actionable minutes. Enabled smooth cross-function communication and seamless collaboration.• Coordinated and prepared documents as required for internal reporting following formal guidelines.• Anticipated, planned and managed logistics and schedules around all global travel, meetings across time zones and events for the co-Founder and the team.• Conducted due diligence research (including data and insights) and reporting of prospective connections and partners (corporate and individual).• Edited and proof-read presentations, reports, documents and contracts to exacting standards.
