As Clinical Operations Manager for Cyber Clinic I proudly contribute towards making Mental Health Therapy “accessible’, providing all Australians access to immediate appointments via an App that has no wait lists.The sole purpose of our face to face video therapy App is to strengthen and streamline the process of referring a client for immediate mental health supports. This App is integrated with Medicare, meaning Medicare rebates are automatically claimed after each completed session without the need to manually claim. Therapy via an App allows the client access to practitioners from the comfort of their home, office (lunch break) schools (well-being dept), parks, anywhere at anytime. We are meticulous when vetting and onboarding our practitioners, ensuring the client has access to highly experienced AHPRA-registered psychologists and counsellors who encompass a vast range of quality skill sets. It is a privilege to be managing the CC staff and our team of incredibly talented practitioners. Developing and strengthening their knowledge around platform training, supporting the expansion of their telehealth capacity, ensuring client therapeutic alliance performance data around empathy, goal’s and confidence is working positively towards higher client engagement levels and most importantly better client outcomes!On a personal level, I am continually motivated knowing I have and can continue to contributed towards an App that streamlines the mental health process, making therapy easily accessible, shaping a much brighter future for our younger generation in years to come.
