When working at British Gas, I was part of the Debt Recovery team where we helped those customers that were experiencing difficulties in settling their final bills. At this time, these problems usually arose as customers had inadvertently signed with a new supplier, which had to be tactfully explained.I left British Gas to have my first child and subsequently became a stay-at-home mum until adult conversations were definitely required!

The remit for this is to raise as much money as possible for selected charities. Personal households are not targeted, companies only that generally have a charitable donation budget. As with any other money raising venture every donation is gratefully received.
