I run a leadership consultancy for high-achievers. My methodology is deep coaching – bespoke, not time-based. Successful people, the kind of people you would assume don’t need a coach, are the ones who call me.I am an expert at taking high-achievers to the greatest levels of success. I’m a lifelong student of human behavior. My clients include Emerging Leaders, Serial Entrepreneurs, and Creatives. They do things that few people on the planet tap into. They are powerful, passionate, and successful, yet whatever is coming next still feels like a really big leap. And I help them make the tiny shifts that change EVERYTHING…I’m a high-performer myself, I know there is always a better way. So I find it, I study it, I refine it. I perfect my craft and continuously enhance my art. I lead from the front. I study, read, research. I invest a huge amount of my time, money, and energy as part of my relentless professional and personal development.What most people DON’T know about me… is that I can feel lonely in the middle of a crowded room. I sometimes feel overwhelmed, insecure, or not enough. The greater my successes, the more I feel like I don’t deserve them and the more it feels that I have to lose. Business can feel like a rollercoaster, marriage can feel frustrating and parenting can feel overwhelming. I am great at helping others but I’ll push you away if you try to help me. I spent much of my life trying to prove myself to my family and to this day, it’s easy for me to slip into trying to prove myself or to look good.I love the experience of being with another extraordinary human being in the space of created trust, commitment, and vision. I get constantly amazed at what gets generated when two people sit together, speak, and listen from a space of safety and possibility. There is nothing quite like creation. I love what I do and love whom I do it with.
